My Writing

I have nine years of experience in journalism at the age of 22.

My journalism has been published both online and in print, so I have experience using content management systems, SEO and of strict word counts for newspapers. I have written over 1,500 articles in over 35 publications, have interviewed local MPs as well as Tony Blair’s second-hand man and spin doctor, Alastair Campbell.

I have been published in The Independent, The Evening Standard, Byline Times, The Huffington Post, The Northern Echo, BackbenchTravel Belles, Beep, Medium, North East Bylines, Off Magazine, Palatinate, Sheffield Wire, Forge Press, Student Voices, Sustainable Business Toolkit, Mountain IQ, Machu Picchu, Climb Kilimanjaro Guide, Travel ExpertaSafari Reviews, Ladies Trekking Club, Corporate Security OnlineOregon Sports News, Sport Then and Now and The Student Journals to name a few. My print journalism has been featured in The Sheffield Star, Beep, Forge Press, and The Newcastle Evening Chronicle.

I also write fiction, and completed my first novel in 2018. It remains unpublished, but sits nicely on the bottom of my bookshelf. At the moment, I am working on my second novel, and have two further stories to complete following this one.
